²² all the kings of Tyre, all the kings of Sidon, and the kings of the islands and the coastlands across the [Mediterranean] Sea; ²³ Dedan, Tema, Buz [the neighboring tribes north of Arabia], and all who clip off the side-growth of their hair;^{(A) 24} all the kings of Arabia and all the kings of the foreign population who live in the desert;
